About us
National Youth Council of Nigeria, South East Zone
The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) is the umbrella body for youth organisations in Nigeria. The South East Zone brings together youth groups from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo.
Who we are
One voice for the youth of the South East
Led by Comr. Dr Atigwe Henry Ifeanyi, South East Zonal Vice President, National Youth Council of Nigeria, the zone connects youth associations in every local government area with community leaders and security agencies.
Under the line “Build the Youth. Build the Nation.”, we are calling on young people to take part in keeping their communities safe: speaking up, saying no to violence and social vices, and working hand in hand with security agencies.
